Most of our orders are mailed out within 48 hours. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

We offer free worldwide shipping on orders over $58. For orders below $58, shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

We ship worldwide to most destinations. Delivery times vary by location and will be shown at checkout. Some remote areas may have extended delivery times.

Automated emails will be sent out by our store, and our shipping software, to notify you of your order status. You may receive multiple emails from both order status and tracking information. We want you to be completely informed as to the status and location of your order at all times. Please make sure that tracking emails haven’t found their way into your junk or spam filters.

For your protection and ours, please ensure that your billing and shipping address match, to assist us in fraud prevention. Our payment processing system may decline purchases due to a mismatch.
